Belgian Waffle Recipe without Yeast

Main Ingredients Required for Belgian Waffle Recipe

   4 tbs of unsalted melted butter
   4 large size eggs (separated)
   2 tsp of baking powder
   ½ tsp of salt
   2 cups of milk
   2 cups of cake flour
   2 tbs of sugar
   ½ tsp of vanilla extract


Cooking Directions:

For preparing the Belgian waffle recipe the first step you have to take is preheat the waffle iron maker. Then take one bowl put salt, baking powder and sift flour into it and mix well and keep it t one side. After that take second bowl and put egg yolks and beat it properly with spatula and mix sugar into it and whisk properly. Later on, add milk melted butter and vanilla extract to the mixture and stir it properly. Once done properly mix all the wet and dry ingredients together and mix them well. After this beat the egg whites into the small bowl till becomes foamy. Then add the egg white mixture into the batter abs stir it properly. Now grease the waffle iron maker and pour the batter over it for baking. Bake it for nearly 7 to 8 minutes till it become light brown in colour. Once it is ready place it over the serving plate and have it with your preferred topping.
